Payment Options

Payment Information

Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card (Visa or Master Card only) at the PLWC Office. If paying with a credit card, a processing fee is charged to the card holder. We do not accept payments over the phone.

Bank Draft

Your payment can be automatically drafted from your bank account. You will continue to receive an itemized statement in the mail for your records. All you have to do is fill out the Automatic Bank Authorization Form on the back of your payment stub, and return it to the PLWC along with a voided check.


PLWC gives you the ability to pay your utility bill online. Click on the link located on the PLWC home page and fill out the required fields to create an account through the online services. Once created, your bill can be paid online by credit card (Visa or Master Card Only) or eCheck.

Budget Billing/Levelized Billing

Pay your utility bill in equal monthly installments. An average of the past twelve (12) months will be used to determine your monthly payment. Contact our office at 870.239.7700 to apply.

Payment Arrangements

If necessary, please call Customer Service at 870.239.7700 to make arrangements for deferred payment. Customers are allowed three (3) extensions per year.
