At PLWC, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and community continue to be a top priority. As of 8am Monday, March 23rd, our temporary lobby with a walk-up window is now available by appointment only. This area is to service customers with utility connection needs. PLWC customers that may be facing financial hardship during the COVID-19 Pandemic are encouraged to contact us to make payment arrangements. To assist our customers, PLWC is temporary suspending non-payment disconnects until April 3rd, 2020. PLWC will continue to read meters and mail out statements. Customers should plan on paying what they can to avoid a large balance that will be difficult to pay later.

At PLWC, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and community is a top priority. As of 5pm Monday, March 16, 2020, our Service Center Lobby will be closed for the foreseeable future. We will extend our drive-thru hours for payments being Tuesday, March 17th from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. We will continue to service customers with utility connections through a walk-up window located in our foyer.

PLWC is taking proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. Effective immediately, we will be waiving all fees for Online Bill Payments until May 1, 2020.

PLWC is continuing to service our customers as usual in our Service Center Lobby, and in home service visits installations. We are implementing new protocols to ensure safety of our customers and employees. In the future, these in-person interactions may be limited if CDC or governmental guidance recommends or mandates us to do so. Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this situation.
